Developing the modern fortran compiler by scanning the minpack files and SciPy modules, comparing its output with gfortran and fixing cause of divergence. Currently given responsibility to get LFortran compile minpack completely. Implemented various functionalities like implicit typing, statement functions, implied do loops, etc. Responsible to catch and resolve various semantic errors during conversion of AST to ASR frontend to LLVM backend.
Maintaining and developing a standard library for Node.js, stdlib-js. Added native C implementations to various existing js functions like "erfc", "sin", "dirac-delta", etc. to optimize execution speed. At present refactoring BLAS functionality to align with stdlib standards.
Enhanced compatibility of LFortran with the SciPy Fortran codebase. Successfully introduced functionalities like COMMON, BLOCK DATA, SAVE, DATA IMPLIED DO LOOPS, EXTERNAL, and more. My tasks encompassed intricate undertakings, including AST to ASR conversion, which culminated in the successful compilation of each file to ASR format. This effort achieved a notable 77.01% of files compiled to LLVM.
